  • Day 01 – Arrive In Istanbul, Turkey

    On arrival in Istanbul, proceed to your hotel and check in. Istanbul is the largest city in Turkey, constituting the country’s economic, cultural, and historical heart. Overnight In Istanbul. (Meals: D)

    Day 02 – Istanbul City Tour – Bosporus Cruise

    Today after breakfast, proceed for a half-day city tour of Istanbul. Visit the St.Sophia, Byzantine Hippodrome and Blue Mosque, which has six minarets and a middle dome of 109 feet. Finally, the Grand Covered Bazaar, which covers over 4,000 shops under one roof. Later, Istanbul Biospheres Cruise visits the famous Spice Market where you can shop for various spices and souvenirs.     Day 03 – Istanbul – Cappadocia

    After a buffet breakfast at the hotel, proceed to the airport for your flight to Ankara, the capital of Turkey. On Arrival, visit the Anatolian Civilizations Museum and the Mausoleum of Ataturk, the founder of modern Turkey. Later, drive to Cappadocia and check in to the hotel. (Meals: B, L, D)

    Day 04 – Cappadocia City Tour

    After a buffet breakfast at the hotel, proceed for sightseeing in this unique corner of the world. Visit the Kaymakli Underground City, carved out of rock and completely self contained. More than 200 people lived on each of seven floors. Next, will be the natural citadel of Uchisar. Later, visit Goreme Open Air Museum, which is full of pink, rose and white tapering columns. The caves were settled in the 4th century as monasteries. The day ends with visits to Pasabag Valley and Avonos Village. (Meals: B, L, D)

    Day 05 – Izmir – Kusadasi

    After a buffet breakfast at the hotel, proceed to the airport for your flight to Izmir. Upon arrival into Izmir, drive to Kusadasi. Check in to the Hotel. Overnight in Kusadasi. (Meals: B, L, D)

    Day 06 – Kusadasi – Patmos (Cruise)

    After a buffet breakfast, embark upon a marvelous Cruise to the Greek Islands. The first port of call is the Turkish port of Patmos, where participating in the optional tour, you will have the opportunity to visit the Monastery & the Grotto of St. John, where he lived and recorded the book of the Revelation. Enjoy all meals on board the cruise. (Meals: B, L, D)

    Day 07 – Rhodes (Cruise)

    The Acropolis of ancient Rhodes stands proudly on the hill of St. Stephanos, also called Monte Smith. There, you will wander through the ruins of the Hellenistic Temple of Apollo. Further below, the restored Ancient Stadium of Diagoras once hosted games in honor of the sun god, Helios. The drive continues across the island to Philerimos, former site of Ialysos, one of the three ancient cities of Rhodes. Visit the Byzantine Church of St. George Hostos. Back to the city of Rhodes, where you will stroll through the Street of the Knights. It is a pleasure to stroll the street of the Knights with its medieval buildings, winding alleys, towers, turrets and emblazoned facades- all the way up to the impressive Grand Master’s Palace.     Day 08 – Crete – Santorini (Cruise)

    Crete is the largest and most rugged of the Greek islands. Upon arrival and after a short drive through the town of Heraklion, the tour will arrive at the Knossos excavations. The palace of Knossos spreads around the large Central Court. You will reach the awe inspiring Throne Room, the fresco of the “Prince of the Lilies”, the imposing Grand Staircase, and the Queen’s Megaron in the east. Rejoin ship to proceed for Santorin, you will have the unique opportunity to admire the panoramic view of the Aegean Sea and the neighboring islands. Explore the village walking along the cobble-stone streets and the white washed houses with blue shutters, where one gets the impression of being part of a beautiful travel poster. Your coach will bring you back to the port of Athinios. (Meals: B, L, D)

    Day 09 – Athens

    Upon arrival to Athens, proceed for Hotel and check in. Later, proceed for a city tour with panoramic views of Panathenaic Stadium, the Presidential Residence, the ruins of the Temple of Zeus, Hadrian’s Arch, and visit the new Acropolis Museum. Overnight in Athens. (Meals: B, L, D)

    Day 10 – Athens  – Delphi – Athens

    Today, we enjoy a full day tour to Delphi. In Mythology, Delphi was the meeting place of two eagles, released by Zeus and sent in opposite directions. Where they met indicated the center of the earth. Delphi is known as the center of worship for the God Apollo, son of Zeus, who embodied moral discipline and spiritual clarity. Today as you walk around this stunning UNESCO World Heritage Site with your guide, and see monuments like the Sanctuary of Athena. Head inside the Delphi Archaeological Museum, and encounter numerous artifacts and relics that date back to 15th century BC. Overnight in Athens. (Meals: B, L, D)

    Day 11 – Departure

    Transfer to the airport in time for your flight back home or your next destination. (Meals: B)
